Information We Collect

When you send a request

You reach us through the form on this site, the savings calculator, our request page, or a team member's digital business card. The form asks for:

• Your farm name
• Your name and phone number
• Your acres
• Your choice on text messages (optional)

After you send a request, you choose whether to add field details: how you heard about us, the crops you grow, the months you need help, water on site, the services you want, your email address, an address or nearest crossroads, and the acres and water rate for your next job.

How you reached our site

When you send a request, our form also records the page you landed on, the website you came from, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked. We use it to learn which advertising brings farmers to us, so we spend less money on advertising nobody sees. It travels with your request and nothing else, and it is never sold or shared for advertising.

When you hire us

To plan and perform the work, we keep field locations and maps, water sources, hazards near your fields, spray job details, the products you supply and their label facts, weather at application, and the application records Idaho and federal rules require. We also keep your quotes, invoices and signed season agreement.

When you text or call us

We keep the texts you send to our business number and the texts we send you. Calls to our business number forward to our team. Voicemails and their transcripts reach our team by email.

Basic technical data

To block spam, our server keeps a scrambled form of the network address behind each form. Our digital business cards count views and taps by source, such as a QR code scan or a shared link. We do not tie those counts to your name.

How We Use Your Information

• To answer your request, quote the work and schedule your spray day.
• To perform the application and keep the records the law requires.
• To send confirmations, day of notices, records, quotes and invoices.
• After a finished job, to ask for a review, with one reminder.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Text Messages

We text you only with your permission. You give permission by checking the optional text box on one of our forms or on your season agreement, by telling our team, or by texting our business number first. Permission to text is never a condition of service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts or HELP for help. Our Text Terms cover the full program.

Who Helps Us Run the Business

A few companies provide the tools we use. Each one handles your information only to provide its service to us, and each follows its own privacy policy.

• HostGator hosts this website and our customer records.
• Twilio delivers our texts and calls.
• Intuit QuickBooks handles our invoices and online payments. Card and bank details you enter to pay go to Intuit. We never see or store them.
• Google provides our business email and the fonts on this site. When the fonts load, your browser contacts Google, and Google receives your network address as part of the standard request.

We also share records when the law requires it, such as an application record requested by the Idaho State Department of Agriculture or the Federal Aviation Administration.

Your Private Grower Page

Customers receive a private link to a page with their fields, upcoming work, application records and invoices. The page needs no password, so anyone holding the link sees it. Keep the link to yourself. If you think someone else has it, call us and we will turn it off and send you a new one.

Cookies and Tracking

This website and our farmer pages set no advertising or tracking cookies. Our team uses a sign in cookie inside our own records system. If we add website analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy before they go into use.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep requests and customer records for as long as you work with us, and application records for at least as long as state and federal record rules require. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except for records the law requires us to keep.

Data Security

Every page and form runs over an encrypted connection. Our records system requires a password for each team member and encrypts stored service keys. Backups sit in a private folder outside the public website. No system on the internet is perfect, so we treat your information with care and fix problems fast.

Children

This website serves farmers and farm businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age.

Your Choices

• Sending a request is your choice. You always have the option to call us instead.
• Reply STOP to any text to end texts.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion.

Changes to This Policy

We update this policy when the business or the website changes, and we revise the date at the top of this page each time.
